"Parking is usually easy"
I shop at Save-On-Foods fairly often, and parking is generally convenient. The lot is easy enough to get in and out of, and I can usually find a spot somewhere fairly close. It can get a little busier around dinner time or on weekends, but it’s not usually a big hassle. Definitely makes quick grocery trips feel a bit easier

"Good hours , just wish some stores were open later"
I mostly use saveonfoods.com to check the store hours before I head out , and it has been reliable for me . It is easy enough to find what I need , and the hours have matched up so far .
A lot of the stores near me open early , which is really helpful when I need to grab groceries before work . The weekend hours are not bad either , so it usually works out .
I am giving it 4 stars because I do wish a few locations stayed open a little later . But overall , it is handy and saves me from having to guess .

"Pretty good value and super convenient"
I’ve been using Save On Foods for a while now, the prices are fair, especially when I catch the weekly deals. Some things are even cheaper than what I’d find at my local store, which definitely helps. I like that I can compare stuff quickly and stay on budget without much hassle. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s good value and saves me a trip...

"Surprisingly easy to find what I need"
I’ll give them credit, the store is actually laid out in a way that makes sense, which apparently isn’t a given everywhere. The aisle signs are easy to see, and I’m not stuck wandering around like I’m on some unwanted scavenger hunt. Even when it’s busy, I can usually get in, find my stuff, and leave quickly, which is all I’m asking for

I’ve had a solid experience overall. The payment options are easy to use, and my orders have shown up just fine each time. if there’s ever a delay, I usually blame myself for checking the tracking way too often, not them...

"Decent, but the online selection could be better"
I use saveonfoods.com now and then, and to be fair, the site works fine for placing an order. The main issue for me is that the selection feels limited in my area. A lot of the things I normally buy are either out of stock or don’t show up online at all, which gets frustrating when I’m trying to plan groceries and end up having to change half my order. It’s okay overall, but I really wish the availability was more consistent

"Flyer prices actually matched"
I checked the weekly flyer on Save On Foods before heading to the store, and the prices were the same when I got there. The deals I was looking for were in stock too, so there weren’t any weird surprises at checkout. It’s not a huge thing, but it does make shopping a bit easier and saves me from wandering around comparing prices.

One item was missing from my online order, so I had to reach out to customer service. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without turning it into a whole ordeal, which I appreciated. Not a perfect experience since something was missing in the first place, but they handled it well. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a cold slice of pizza while typing the message to them, so that part stuck in my head

"Quick, Easy Pharmacy Stop"
I had a good experience here. I don’t expect much from a pharmacy visit beyond being treated kindly and getting my prescription without a long wait, and they met that standard. The staff were nice, and I was in and out fast.

"Good food, frustrating bagging"
The food itself is usually fine, but the way it gets bagged puts me in a bad mood almost every time. I’ve had heavy cans sitting on top of bread or chips, cold items tossed in with random dry stuff, and my last order had a leaking pack of meat in the same bag as produce. It’s not a one-time thing either, which makes it even more annoying. I really think they need to train the pickers better.

I’ve ordered from saveonfoods a few times now, i’ve been happy with it. The fruit and veggies have shown up fresh every time, no bruised apples or sad-looking lettuce, which is always my biggest worry with online grocery orders. The meat and dairy were good too, and the expiry dates weren’t cutting it close or anything unnecessary like that. It really feels like they pick out decent items instead of just tossing in whatever’s left.

I ordered my groceries online and, i was kind of expecting some kind of hassle because that’s usually how these things go for me. But the delivery actually showed up on time, and everything was packed well. For once, I didn’t have to chase anyone down or deal with missing items. No issues on my end.

Overall, the site worked well with my screen reader, and checkout was surprisingly easy. I did run into a couple of menu labels that weren’t as clear as they could be, which was a little frustrating, but I may have just been using it at a bad time when I was already in a rush.

I shop at Save-On-Foods regularly, the store is always clean whenever I go in. The floors, carts, shelves, and even the washroom are kept in good shape. I really appreciate that, because if a place is selling food, keeping things clean isn’t just nice — it’s the responsible thing to do. It makes shopping there feel a lot better.

I used the self checkout at Save-On-Foods and it went really smoothly! The scanner worked well, the screen was easy to follow, and paying was super quick. I only had a few things, so it was nice not having to stand in a long line :) There was also staff nearby when I needed help with one item, which made it even easier. Simple and stress-free overall!

I shop at Save On Foods often and the store itself is fine, but the app can be such a pain. It freezes on me when I’m searching for stuff, and every now and then my cart gets weird and either changes things or removes items I already added, which is super annoying.
Signing in is kinda hit or miss too, and the checkout buttons aren’t very clear on my phone. I want to use the app because it should make grocery shopping easier, but right now it just feels clunky and needs some work.

"Pretty solid deals compared to other grocery rewards programs"
I use my More Rewards card on Save On Foods often, and overall it’s been a good experience. The points don’t rack up super fast, especially compared to some other grocery programs, but the member prices are usually worth a look and I do end up saving on stuff I’d buy anyway. The site is easy enough to use, though I wish the offers loaded a bit quicker sometimes. Still, compared with a few competitors, the weekly deals feel more useful to me.
